Buyer's rights to return and exchange goods in Almaty

We hereby inform you that the Buyer has the right, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase of the item and/or non-food product (food products with expiration dates), to exchange the purchased product in the same institution where he purchased the product for an identical product of a different color, type, and/or configuration and etc. or for another product by agreement of the parties.

If the purchased product is more expensive or cheaper than the previous one, the parties must recalculate the cost of the last product. There are quite a few cases where the seller has no alternative to exchange the purchased goods. In such a development of circumstances, you have the right to demand from the seller a refund of the amount paid for the previous product. If the seller has not deigned to accept the returned goods in accordance with the above requirements, you can file claims and compensation for moral damage from non-comfort received as a result of a non-conscientious seller, as well as other rights provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
